What we do
Founded in 1934, the Vintage Sports-Car Club is one of the largest and longest-running car clubs in the United Kingdom. The Club organises over 50 events per year, including Driving Tests, Race Meetings, Sprints, Hill Climbs, Rallies, Tours, Trials, and social events. We welcome vintage car drivers and enthusiasts of all ages. Whether you're an avid Racing competitor, an enthusiastic Marshal, or a sideline spectator, there's something for everyone at the VSCC. 2017 saw the first season of Formula Vintage, our newly branded Race series, taking place at 5 different locations in the United Kingdom. An exciting lineup has been set for 2018, with the brand new Formula Vintage Historic Festival at Donington Park. The Speed Championship is now in its third year, and we have 10 exciting events lined up at some fabulous locations including a return to one of the Club's favourite venues, Goodwood. Club of the Year 2017
This year we were crowned the Club of the Year at the Octane Awards in November. We are very excited and proud to be receiving the award after an exceptionally busy events year, with over 50 events taking place across the United Kingdom and in Europe. We were also delighted to have been “Highly Commended” in the fiercely contested United Kingdom Motor Sports Association Awards for 2017 just weeks after being crowned Club of the Year at the Octance Awards.
